Please read our shipping terms to understand how and when your order will be delivered.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Non-Custom Products (Mold Kits, Accessories):

Processing time: 1–2 business days

Custom Grillz:

After we receive your completed mold impression:
Crafting & production takes 7–14 business days depending on the design.

Production time does not include shipping time.

SHIPPING TIMES

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited options may be available at checkout

International Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days

  • Customs delays may extend delivery times

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method selected

Mold kits typically ship at low cost.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your package ships.

If you do not receive a tracking number within the expected processing time, contact us immediately.

 LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery to the wrong address if the customer entered it incorrectly

  • Delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or customs

Please contact your shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.

WRONG ADDRESS POLICY

If you entered the wrong address during checkout, contact us immediately.

If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address.
Refunds will not be issued for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & FEES

Some international orders may be subject to:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Country-specific duties

Customers are responsible for these charges.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with:

  • Photos of the damage

  • Your order number

We will work with you to resolve the issue.
