Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Diamond Grillz Jax.
We take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted grillz made specifically for each customer.
Because many of our items are custom-made, some orders are not eligible for return or refund.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

CUSTOM GRILLZ — FINAL SALE

All custom grillz are made specifically for your teeth based on your mold impression.
Because of this, custom grillz cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.

This includes:

  • Custom gold grillz

  • Diamond or iced-out grillz

  • Mold-based grillz

  • Any personalized or made-to-order product

Once production begins, the order cannot be modified or canceled.

NON-CUSTOM ITEMS — RETURNS ACCEPTED

For non-custom products (such as mold kits or accessories), we offer returns under these conditions:

  • You must request a return within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Refund is issued only after the item is inspected and approved

If the item is used, damaged, or opened, a refund will not be issued.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos or video of the damage

  • Your contact information

Once approved, we will replace the item or fix the issue depending on the situation.

Important: Damage caused by incorrect mold impressions is not eligible for refund or free replacement.

WRONG FIT DUE TO BAD MOLD

If your grillz do not fit because the mold impression was incorrect:

  • You may purchase a new mold kit, and we will remake the grillz at a reduced remake fee.

  • New mold must be provided.

Fit issues are not eligible for refunds.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Please contact your local post office for delivery issues.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Once we ship your mold kit or start crafting the grillz, the order cannot be canceled.
